Pricing Conditions

All prices and specifications are subject to error and change without notice. Imperial will not sell products at prices which are in error and reserves the right to correct the prices and specifications on this Web site at anytime.

 

Return Policy

 

At Imperial Carpet and home, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. You can feel completely secure that your purchase is 100% guaranteed. We offer 15 days return policy on all products we sell from receipt of your order. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 15 days of receipt of your order and we will refund the full purchase price. Note: It may take up to 30 business days for a credit to appear on your account, or 7 - 10 days from receipt of merchandise to receive a refund check.

 

Shipping costs on all returns going back to Imperial carpet and home are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all packages be sent back using either UPS or FedEx ground or another common carrier that offers the ability to track and insure its packages for safety. Please contact us by phone or email with the tracking information so that we may be able to track your package. We will issue a credit immediately upon the packages arrival and inspection. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or an equivalent. Do not apply tape to the actual item(s) or fold area rug(s). Imperial carpet and home will not accept items that have been visibly damaged or soiled. Imperial carpet and home will only issue a return authorization on purchased products when notified within 15 days of receipt of products ordered.

 

Red tagged and Clearance items, regretfully, are Non-Refundable unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item ordered depend on the availability.

 

Important: To return ordered merchandise you must first receive a return authorization number (RA), from Imperial carpet and home. Merchandise ordered and then refused upon delivery without a return authorization by Imperial carpet and home, will cause the customer to be solely responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Imperial Carpet and Home Inc. and affiliated manufacture will not accept refused packaging without a return authorization.

  2. Please be sure to package all items securely in the original packaging or an equivalent. Be sure to affix the Return Authorization (RA#) securely on the outside of the package in a clearly visible location.
  3. Please Note: Returned merchandise must be shipped to the specific address which will be supplied by Imperial carpet and home once your (RA#) is issued unless otherwise stated.
  4. Use the carrier of your choice who will be able to insure your return package(s) to the delivery address supplied by Imperial carpet and home.

Important Reminder: Before returning any items to Imperial carpet and home, please call or email us for a return authorization number (RA#). All items returned without authorization will be refused. Please affix in a clear location the supplied return number (RA#) outside of the package. Items returned visibly damaged or soiled will be refused. After 15 days sale are final and Imperial Carpet and Home Inc., has the right to refuse request of return authorization number (RA#).
